Shipping and Returns

All orders over £50 will be posted as follows:

UK- FREE (next day delivery within the UK)

Europe - FREE

USA and Canada - FREE

Australia New Zealand - FREE

For any orders under £20 there will be a small cost of £1.99 for postage.

After your payment has been verified there maybe be a 12 hour processing time before the watch can be dispatched.


We will accept returns from any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since the date of receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns within the UK will be FREE of charge. Any orders from outside of the UK with incur a small cost which will be deducted from the refunded amount of the purchase.

To return your product simply get in contact with us via email or DM to let us know why you wish to return it and we will seek to solve your issue within the same day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags and protective plastic attached and untouched.

If the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately after receiving the product (within 24 hours).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


In case the order that has been shipped or is being shipped by Three Elements Watches and Jewellery to the customer is missing, went missing, or in case the customer claims that he/she did not receive the order (despite information such as the track & trace data / carrier information, indicating otherwise), the complaint procedure of the carrier will be started and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited, before any refund or re-shipment shall take place. The buyer must fully cooperate with the complaint procedure of the carrier. In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), Three Elements Watches and Jewellery will either refund the customer or try to re-ship the ordered product.

In case a shipment  has not been delivered at the delivery address (or pick-up point) of the customer after 14 days, the customer has the obligation to inform Three Elements Watches and Jewellery by e-mail within 14 days ultimately 28 days after the shipment date.


If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or DM and we will look to solve your issue within the day.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependent on your method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please kindly note that we do not offer a direct exchange service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you further details on how to proceed.


Three Elements Watches and Jewellery does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Dependent on your location you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
